Oh no, really, the thought of doing that to my hair crosses my mind on a regular basis! Will I do it? Probably not...and if I did, I probably wouldn't shave up quite as far as you did. ;) Every person who has ever cut my hair says the same thing: "You have the thickest I have ever seen!" Add the waves/curls, and yeah, I've got hair! One hairdresser even gave shaving the underneath as an option. Like you said, it's hair, it will grow back...if that's what you want. ;)
Jen-Believe it or not my hair was 100 times curlier and thicker before I had my kids!!
I must admit I had a lot of anxiety going out with this do yesterday. I don't like to attract attention and people tend to judge you on appearance. I did a bunch of errands and was my usually charming and friendly self and people seemed to get over the hair. I love the style but hate the attention that comes with it. I also live in a rural area so they aren't used to seeing a mom running around with a mohawk! I kind of think mine is more of a stealth hawk. Not quite as threatening or shocking as a spiked up purple mohawk ; )

That looks like something I feel like doing to my hair on a daily basis! ;)
Jen-When you see my new post about what I actually did to my hair, I don't think you'll be saying that! LOL!
